OptimisticDev: Add paragraph about the chipmunk.land hardfork

[https://scissors.gg/ Scissors] is a fork of [https://papermc.io/ Paper] oriented towards patching Creative Mode exploits.
It is the server software currently used by [[Kaboom (Minecraft Server)|Kaboom]].

It was originally made for [[TotalFreedom]], but was later adopted by Kaboom on Aug 7, 2022[https://github.com/kaboomserver/server/commit/eb4a0f1bd25dd7bd3a10b00c0ca79d236960d34d].
However, after TotalFreedom's downfall, it currently stands abandoned{{Citation needed}}.

A fork of Scissors is currently in use by the [[Chipmunk.Land Clone]][https://code.chipmunk.land/chipmunk.land-kaboomserver/server/commit/f698618ac78cd0c47e203e57524f776245d60472].
